Ralph in this humorous comedy monologue says he is ready to have white friends, and he is not talking about the white people that act black.
He is talking about white people that eat carrots and apples slices for snacks, and the type of white people that go bungee-jumping and hang-gliding. He wants the type of friends that use words like vernacular and itinerary and actually know what they mean.
And he wants to let his nonblack friends know that not all black people wake up in the morning thinking about the struggle.
